The crowdwin platform is provided "as is" and "as available." crowdwin makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. crowdwin does not guarantee that any particular game will be available at any particular time.
crowdwin reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account, at any time and without prior notice, if crowdwin reasonably believes that the account holder has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal conduct, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory direction.
Upon termination for a violation of these Terms, crowdwin may forfeit any remaining balance in the affected account, including bonus funds and pending withdrawals, to the extent permitted by law. Where termination is due to crowdwin's operational decision rather than a player violation, any verified real-money balance (excluding unmet bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable time.
Players may close their account at any time by contacting crowdwin's customer support team. Any verified real-money balance at the time of voluntary closure will be returned net of any applicable pending wagering requirements on bonus funds.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
